The SBI Bhopal Circle needed to bid a memorable farewell to their CMD, Shri Chandra Shekhar Sharma, upon his elevation to DMD. The requirement was to encapsulate his lifelong journey, professional milestones, and emotional impact in a dignified cinematic format.

 

SBI, known as the ‘Bank of Discipline,’ requires a specific decorum even during cultural celebrations. The challenge was to maintain high protocol and dignity while ensuring the event remained engaging and energetic.

We crafted a 12-minute Docu-Feature Showreel. Amit Wadhwa handled the End-to-End execution—Scripting, Voiceover, and Film Production—weaving a narrative that balanced professional reverence with personal touch.

 

Serving as the recurring Master of Ceremonies, Amit Wadhwa brought a balance of “Energy & Etiquette.” He managed the flow, audience engagement, and VIP protocol seamlessly.

The film received a standing ovation, delivering a high-emotional impact that moved the leadership and audience alike. It stands as a benchmark for internal corporate storytelling.

Kuku FM experimented with a “Live Radio” feature and needed gripping narratives to hold audience attention in real-time.
