Policy Overview
This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations regarding services and products offered by Pod Club Media™ (the Brand), which is owned and operated by the legal entity, WMB VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (the Company). We strive to deliver world-class quality and transparency in all our dealings.
1. Digital Services (Production, SEO, Branding, Consulting)
This section applies to project-based services rendered by Pod Club Media™ where resources are specifically allocated:

2. Digital Products (Courses/E-books)
This section applies to instant-access digital goods provided under Pod Club Media™ (such as Pod Club Learning™ and digital downloads):
- Final Sale Policy: Due to the instant, irreversible access granted to proprietary digital content (courses, templates, e-books) upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
- Access Issues: Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a verified technical failure where product access cannot be restored by the support team.
3. Cancellation Process and Management Discretion
- Request Submission: To initiate a cancellation request for project-based services before work has commenced, the client must submit a formal written request to: billing@podclubmedia.com, including the Order ID and the reason for cancellation.
- Management Discretion: All cancellation requests are subject to review by management of WMB VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Management retains full discretion to determine the final refund amount (if any) based on project status, time spent, resources deployed, and non-recoverable costs incurred up to the point of receiving the written cancellation request.
